We offer 2 kinds of tours: Within the Anchorage area, and more remote backcountry locations!
Anchorage Kicksled Tour
Meet your guide at the trailhead and enjoy a kicksled outing on an easy scenic trail! Our Anchorage area trails are carefully picked for kicksled compatibility and wild Alaskan beauty with wildlife viewing possibilities. Our trails are roughly 3/4 – 1 1/2 miles long and travel through meandering forests and over frozen rivers and lakes.
This tour is fully guided by a long-time Alaskan and can also include, as weather permits, picnic lunches, hot drinks, nature tours, scavenger hunts, and other activities for kids.
All ages and athletic types can enjoy this calm, at-your-own-pace tour perfect for the whole family!

The location of the journey changes based on snow conditions; we may not know our precise location until near the time of departure.

Our backcountry trails are carefully picked for kicksled compatibility and rugged wilderness settings with wildlife viewing possibilities. Our trails are roughly 2 – 5 miles long and travel through majestic mountain passes and beautiful forests.
This tour is fully guided by a long-time Alaskan and can also include, as weather permits, picnic lunches, hot drinks, nature tours, scavenger hunts, and other fun activities.
All ages and athletic types can enjoy this calm, at-your-own-pace tour perfect for the whole family!
